Spring Division
Straightening of bars, peeling and centreless grinding, taper rolling, PLC controlled coiling, PLC controlled heat treatment, shot peeing, and end grinding. We have also set up a powder coating facility for excellent surface paint finish of all our products.
This is supported by a testing laboratory for chemical and mechanical testing to ensure each spring is tested with precision and accuracy before delivering it to you. The lab includes fatigue testing machines, spectrometer, magnetic particle testing, ultrasound, UTM, etc.
Elastomer Division
Metal blanking press, dispersion Kneading, banbury mixer, SCADA based rubber mixing, PLC controlled mixing mill, rubber injection molding, compression molding machines, shot blasting, automatic batch weighing system, degreasing machine, and mechanised spray painting.
This is accompanied with a laboratory with Oscillating Disc Rheometer, Universal Testing Machine, Fatigue Testing Machines, Multi Axis Vibrating machines for complete testing of products as per RDSO, automotive and third party inspection requirements.
